We are pleased to announce the merger of AXK. PLLC with Kuhn & Company, CPAs. Our combined firm will operate as Kuhn & Company, CPAs. AXK, PLLC and Kuhn & Company, CPA’s have the same origins and, after working together on a few joint projects, have decided to grow our practices through this merger. As John Belushi once said, “We are putting the band back together.”
There are several things that we want to point worth noting as we move forward together:

- You will continue to work with the same people in our firm that you have had in the past and your main point of contact will be the same. All our people are being retained.
- The services we have provided in the past will continue without interruption.
- Our contact information will not change. This includes our office location in Wheaton, the phone numbers and email addresses. In the future we may adopt a new email identity. At that time, it will be communicated to you well in advance to ensure a smooth and seamless transition.
- We will also have a second location at the current Kuhn & Company office at 8770 W. Bryn Mawr Ave in Chicago, if that is a more convenient location for you.
- Our Fee Structure has not changed.
